New Highlight go-to-market leadership for 2026

As we enter 2026, one thing is clear: the insights industry–and Highlight–are at an inflection point.

Customer demand for faster, more reliable product intelligence continues to accelerate, research use cases are expanding, and teams across industries are looking for better ways to turn feedback and analytics into confident decisions and products that sell. 

At Highlight, our software is more powerful than ever–supporting more customer types, use cases, and decision-ready insights than ever before. Simply put, Highlight's AI-powered product intelligence platform is ultimately delivering more value than ever before. 

To meet this moment, scale with intention, and build for a year of unprecedented growth, Highlight has made three strategic hires that will shape the future of our go-to-market engine, product story, and revenue infrastructure.

Highlight is thrilled to welcome Bryon Coro as Chief Revenue Officer, John Hieger as Director of Product Marketing & Demand Generation, and Geetansh Kakkar as our first-ever Revenue Engineer.

Together, these leaders bring deep experience, complementary skill sets, and a shared belief in the power of data-driven decision-making. More importantly, they bring the leadership and execution muscle needed to help Highlight scale responsibly and sustainably in the year ahead.

Bryon Coro joins Highlight as our Chief Revenue Officer, bringing a rare combination of leadership, operational rigor, and firsthand experience scaling revenue organizations at high-growth companies.

Before Highlight, Bryon served as a U.S. Army officer and has since gone on to be a two-time CRO, leading world class go-to-market teams as a full-stack CRO across sales, marketing, and post-sales delivery. He has helped companies grow revenue into the multi-hundred-million dollar scale–more than once–and understands what it takes to build durable, repeatable growth engines.

Bryon joined Highlight because he believes deeply in the product intelligence space, understands our customer and the depth of their pain points, and has seen the transformative power of analytics and feedback tools firsthand through his time at Pendo. He’s excited by the opportunity to build a scalable GTM engine that not only drives growth, but does so in a way that creates long-term value for customers–this year and beyond.

John Hieger joins Highlight as our first Product Marketing & Demand Generation leader, bringing more than a decade of experience helping SaaS companies connect product value to real customer outcomes. John has led teams and programs across product marketing, demand generation, and growth at companies like Smartsheet, where he helped sharpen positioning, drive pipeline, and ensure customers truly understood the value products delivered. As the Highlight platform continues to scale across teams, categories, and use cases, John’s work will ensure our story stays clear, compelling, and grounded in the outcomes our customers care about most.

We’re also excited to welcome Geetansh Kakkar as Highlight’s very first Revenue Engineer—a critical role as we invest in the infrastructure needed to scale intelligently. Geetansh brings 12+ years of experience across GTM, RevOps, and systems engineering at startups from seed through Series C. He’s known for being the connective tissue between revenue teams, product, and data—and for building agentic plays, AI-driven workflows, and data systems that actually move the needle.

Geetansh will work cross-functionally to ensure every team has the insights they need to drive smarter strategies, making him a powerful force as we build the GTM machine that will support Highlight’s next phase of growth.

 

Building for a breakout year at Highlight

These three hires represent more than just added headcount—they reflect a deliberate investment in how Highlight grows.

With Bryon building a scalable revenue engine, John sharpening how we tell our story and reach the market, and Geetansh laying the data and systems foundation underneath it all, Highlight is setting ourselves up for a pivotal year ahead.
