How to navigate the Highlighter app

Everything you need lives behind 3 icons in the top-right corner of the app. Here’s where to find your next survey, your rewards, your account details and answers to your questions.

Home

Find your next survey

Your Home page shows every study you’re part of and the survey that’s due next.

  1. 1Tap the Home icon in the top bar.
  2. 2Studies you’ve been selected for appear as cards. Open Study Instructions to see what to expect while your box ships.
  3. 3Scroll to Current Study to see your deadline and how many surveys you have left.
  4. 4Tap Continue Survey to pick up where you left off.

Watch the due date. Each survey shows its deadline. Can’t take part in a study? Use the let us know link on the study card.

See your impact & rewards

The banner at the top of Home tracks the studies you’ve completed and the points you’ve earned.

  1. 1On Home, tap Your impact & rewards to expand the banner.
  2. 2See your Total Studies and Lifetime Points at a glance.
  3. 3Tap View Details for your Active Points and a history of every Opt-In and Survey you’ve completed.

How rewards work: once you hit 1,000 points, we send your reward around the 1st of the month. Your active balance adjusts after the reward goes out, but your lifetime total always stays. Tap Learn more about points for details.

My Profile

Update your account details

Your profile keeps your contact info current and helps us match you with the right products.

  1. 1Tap the person icon in the top-right corner to open My Profile.
  2. 2Choose Account Details to update your phone, email and shipping address.
  3. 3Review Core Questions and Interests & Lifestyle so we can invite you to more studies.

Moved recently? Update your address before your next box ships. Manage Email Subscriptions and Log Out sit at the bottom of every page.

Questions about shipping, surveys, points or your account? The Help Center has you covered.

  1. 1Tap the ? icon in the top bar to open the Help Center.
  2. 2Or scroll to the bottom of any page and tap Need Help?
  3. 3Browse the FAQ, or reach out to our team if you can’t find what you need.

Question about a specific study? Check its Study Instructions on Home first.
