Look out for alerts from Highlight

Watch your email inbox or visit app.letshighlight.com to opt in to testing opportunities.

Step 3

Be honest in your feedback

When you qualify for a product test, follow the provided usage instructions, and then provide your honest feedback.

Does this cost me anything?
Nope! We will never ask you for your payment information, not even for shipping.
How long does giving feedback take?
Each feedback survey varies. Before you are selected to participate in a given study, you will complete an opt-in survey. The opt-in survey will provide basic study details including any media components (we may ask for photos), estimated length of surveys, and trial period. Please read the study details closely before committing to an upcoming study.
Can I share anything on social media?
Nope! Some of the products you will be testing are still in the development/prototype phase and should be kept confidential. Please do not share any details or photos outside of the study requirements; however, you may share your experience as a Highlighter on social media.
What kind of products will I be trying?
Highlighters have the opportunity to test a wide range of products from snacks you'd find in a grocery aisle or a new shampoo, to home appliances or a pair of underwear. We'll send you opt-ins and if you're interested in testing the proposed product, you can express your interest by completing the opt-in survey. Keep your eye on your email inbox so you can fill out opt-in surveys as soon as you receive them!
What if I don't like what I get?
That's the name of the game! We're not about being a positive echo chamber. We want to provide every brand with the constructive feedback — negative or positive — that they need to build better products.
